Insurance
Blossom Wellness, LLC is a fee for service private practice and does not directly accept insurance.
A detailed invoice for each clinical session can be provided upon payment for services. This invoice may be used to submit to your carrier if out-of-network benefits are available.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
